Carol Dollard is currently the Fire Chief of the Rist Canyon Volunteer Fire Department. She has served in this role since October 2015. She joined RCVFD shortly after moving to the canyon in 1983 and has been an active firefighter since then. In her “other life” she is an Energy Engineer for Facilities Management at Colorado State University.
